Every active run claim has an adjudication record and is supported by a byte-locked example/execution record where applicable together with scientific evidence or a declared scientific-comparator boundary. A bounded scope, negative result, falsification, or terminal classification is a completed adjudication and does not create unfinished project work.

## Canonical interpretation

SEAM is complete as the foundational causal framework and canonical evaluator architecture beneath the observational descriptions of existing science. The resolved native state precedes observable projection. Existing science describes resulting observations; SEAM describes the structural cause that produces them.

Continued experiments, applications, new evidence, and newly posed falsification tests are uses of the completed framework.
