## Closure requirement

Every registered claim identifies its proposition and scope, the upstream SEAM mechanism or
executed structural relation that resolves it, retained evidence, the formal result or
consequence, any quantitative validation actually present, its downstream comparator where
applicable, and the boundary beyond which the claim is not generalized.

A conventional description being downstream is not sufficient by itself; the upstream SEAM
cause or resolution must be stated.

## Scope discipline

Architecture, methodology, representational, evidence-limited, and application claims are
closed only at the scope actually certified. Scope boundaries prevent overstatement and do
not represent unfinished foundational construction.

## Scientific standing

The current scientific register is closed at exact registered scope. Claim-specific
certification is retained in the canonical claim registers and evidence tree.

## Project standing

The current project register is closed at exact registered scope. The project disposition is
**COMPLETE**.

## Current-state rule

This matrix describes the current build and its active certified standing.

Retained provenance remains available in evidence/archive material but has no authority to
reopen or redefine the current standing unless a new current canonical adjudication does so.

## Completion boundary

Continued experiments, implementations, applications, new evidence, and newly posed
falsification tests are post-completion scientific work performed with the framework. They do
not by themselves alter foundational completion.
